These Terms describe the rules for using Search Intelligence, an AI visibility analytics product for marketing teams and agencies.
Last updated May 22, 2026
This policy is a practical launch draft for Search Intelligence and is not legal advice. Review it with counsel before production launch.
By creating an account, accessing the product, or using Search Intelligence, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the product.
Search Intelligence helps users measure how brands, competitors, intents, engines, and sources appear in AI-generated answers.
The product may process brand profiles, competitors, prompts, scan responses, parsed metrics, source URLs, alerts, and audit evidence.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Organization administrators are responsible for managing authorized users, brand data, baselines, prompt sets, and scan usage.
You may not use Search Intelligence to violate laws, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or submit content you do not have the right to use.
You may not use the product to generate, store, or distribute malicious, deceptive, or unlawful material.
You retain rights to the brand, competitor, prompt, and other customer data you submit.
AI responses, parsed metrics, rankings, and recommendations are analytical outputs. They may be incomplete, stochastic, or affected by third-party provider behavior.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business, legal, financial, or public communications decisions.
Search Intelligence may use third-party infrastructure and AI/data providers, including hosting, database, AI gateway, enrichment, crawl, and observability services.
Third-party service availability, model behavior, pricing, rate limits, and data handling practices may affect product results.
The product may enforce scan limits, sample-depth limits, monthly usage limits, and account access controls.
If paid plans are introduced, fees, renewal terms, cancellations, and taxes should be governed by the applicable order form or billing flow.
Each party should protect non-public business, technical, and product information received through the service.
Search Intelligence uses technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The product is provided as an analytics tool and is not a substitute for professional advice.
Search Intelligence is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Search Intelligence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Any aggregate liability should be limited to the amount paid for the service during the applicable period, unless a different written agreement applies.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes should be communicated through the product or by another reasonable method.
We may suspend or terminate access if use creates risk, violates these Terms, or threatens the service or other users.
Questions about these Terms should be sent to the Search Intelligence team through the support or account contact channel provided in the product.
